MORE FELT FUN

.
Today I thought I'd share another couple of cards made using my little felt creatures!  These are a couple more of the designs from the same down loadable template book I used previously with the elephant.  These are just so nice to make.  This one is a wee moo cow.

To colour the cheeks I've used my copics although probably not the best thing to use but its all I have at present.  This time I made a step card for depth.  I hand cut all the grass edging as you can probably tell!  The fancy edging is a new die from spellbinders that I bought last week.

Isn't he just super cute!  This one didn't seem to take quite so long as my first attempt, I'm getting the hang of these now.  The cutting is a bit fiddly though in places.

Once again I've made this into a badge that is detachable from the card so it can be worn by fixing a broach pin on the reverse side.  I also made a little box for the card too as its way too deep for an envelope.

I then made up a little bunny  and fixed a broach pin to the back again.  I've put together a much simpler card for her to sit on.....

There are loads of patterns in this little booklet that I downloaded from an Etsy store.  All the instructions however are in Japanese but essentially its just cutting and sewing so its fairly straight forward.  I'm now running out of felt so will have to wait for a while to have another go at some more designs.

Have a great day.

  1. Well all I can say, is "Hats Off To You". These are just AMAZING. I mean, the little felt critters are adorable enough - but your cards really take them to the next level. Who wouldn't be thrilled to receive one of these cards!!
    Thanks SO much for sharing
    Cheers
